Click 'Register' on the top menu, fill in your basic details including name, email, gender, and password, and your account will be created instantly. You can then complete your profile from 'My Profile > Edit Profile'.
Registration is completely free for everyone. Female users receive free access to browse profiles through our FFF (Free for Female) plan. Male users need a paid subscription (Silver, Gold, or Diamond) to browse and view profiles.
Go to My Profile > Edit Profile. Fill in your personal details, education, occupation, family details, partner preferences, and upload photos. A complete profile gets 5x more interest than an incomplete one.

2Profile & Matching
Browse verified profiles filtered by religion, community, age, location, education, and more. When you find someone interesting, send them an interest. If they accept, you can connect and communicate directly.
Yes. Admins can manage profile visibility. If you'd like to temporarily hide your profile, contact our support team through the Help Center.
When viewing a profile, click the 'Send Interest' button. The person will receive a notification and can choose to accept or decline. If they accept, you'll be notified with their contact details.
It means the person hasn't responded yet. Give them time — some users check their accounts periodically. If it stays pending for a long time, they may not be active.
Currently, sent interests cannot be withdrawn. We recommend being thoughtful about who you send interests to by reviewing profiles carefully before expressing interest.
3Subscription & Billing
We offer three paid plans — Silver ($9.99/30 days), Gold ($24.99/90 days), and Diamond ($49.99/180 days). Female users get free access through the FFF plan. Visit the Pricing page for detailed feature comparisons.
Go to My Profile > Subscription tab. You'll see your current plan and available upgrades. Click 'Upgrade' on your preferred plan and complete the payment through our secure Stripe checkout.

Yes! Apply to become a certified organizer through the Events page. Once approved by our admin team, you can create and manage your own events on our platform.

5Privacy & Safety
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and protected with industry-standard security measures. We never share your data with third parties without your consent.
Our admin team reviews profiles for authenticity. For sensitive changes like name or date of birth, users must submit a Change Request with ID verification.
Use the Help Center contact form or email [email protected]. Include the profile details and reason for your concern. Our team investigates all reports within 24 hours.
If you're experiencing harassment or unwanted contact, report the user through our Help Center. Our moderation team will take appropriate action, which may include suspending the offending account.
6Account Management
Go to My Profile > Settings. You can update your email address and change your password from there. For email changes, you'll need to verify the new email.
For security, changes to sensitive fields like name and date of birth require a Change Request with ID verification. Go to My Profile > Change Request to submit one.
Yes. Go to My Profile > Settings and click 'Deactivate Account'. Your profile will be hidden but your data will be preserved. You can reactivate anytime by logging back in.
Go to My Profile > Settings and select 'Delete Account'. You'll need to confirm your password. This action is permanent and cannot be undone — all your data will be removed.
