• •Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.
• •Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's functionality.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of the content you post on your profile (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant FindShadi.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have the right to share all content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

FindShadi.com offers free and paid subscription plans:


• •Free Access: Basic account registration is free. Female users receive complimentary access through the FFF plan.
• •Paid Plans: Silver, Gold, and Diamond plans offer premium features at varying price points and durations.
• •Event Tickets: Virtual speed dating events may require separate ticket purchases.
• •Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• •Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Event ticket refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event.
• •Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new plan when your current plan expires.

FindShadi.com hosts virtual speed dating events organized by approved organizers:


• •Organizer Responsibility: Event organizers are responsible for the content and conduct of their events. FindShadi.com provides the platform but is not liable for interactions during events.
• •Registration: Event registration is binding upon payment. Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• •Cancellation by Organizer: If an event is cancelled by the organizer or FindShadi.com, registered participants will receive a full refund.
• •Code of Conduct: All participants must follow our Community Guidelines during events. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event and platform suspension.
• •Revenue: All event payments are processed through FindShadi.com's Stripe account. Organizer payouts are subject to separate agreements.

The FindShadi.com name, logo, website design, content, features, and functionality are owned by FindShadi.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

FindShadi.com is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• •The suitability, character, or intentions of any user you interact with.
• •The outcome of any matches, connections, or relationships formed through the Platform.
• •Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

FindShadi.com is a platform that facilitates introductions. We do not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of any member. You interact with other users at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindShadi.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or damages resulting from interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FindShadi.com in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindShadi.com and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or any content you submit to the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, harassment of other users, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
